You may request a return within 30 days of delivery (counted from the date shown on your delivery confirmation).
Returned items must be shipped back within 30 days after you notify us of your return request.
All returned products must be sent in one single shipment.

- Reason for return
- Photos or videos (if the item is damaged or defective)
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
⚠️ Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included
- Products must show no signs of wear or use
- Items must be shipped back within 30 days of return approval
Any item that does not meet these requirements will not be refunded.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Return shipping fees will not be refunded and may be deducted from your final refund amount.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
💰 Refund Process
Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them.
If the return meets our policy conditions, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds include:

Refunds do NOT include:

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

If a return is rejected, you may arrange your own courier to retrieve the item at your own expense.
